• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $5.99
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We want you and your pet to love our products! If you're not satisfied, we’re happy to assist.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.
• Process:
  1. Email info@purrnfurr.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us to arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email info@purrnfurr.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
